Good Bye to 2010, for sure a new beginning to Key2win again. AS the leader of key2win i can't let myself to be free for any moment. It's not a time for me to rest nor relaxing. Yeah, moving forward without any fear. AS i know, even i fell down, many people are here to give me their support.

Yesterday, i cancelled all the outing, is time for me to stay in the centre, waiting customer to come over. it sounds weird, but i like this way of running my centre! Franky Speaking, i hope to have more and more students, but i don't want to turn my little centre becomes so commercial. This isn't my principle.

I can do it, I can do it!

As a REPRESENTATIVE OF key2win, i need to be watchful on my outlook and my action. This is my weakness, i need to have more professional way of teaching and talking to my clients, partners and students. Plenty to learn here.

I need to be appropriate counselor for my students and partners whenever they need it. Cool, so proud of having this power, but i am always not the best one, still have to great gap to improve.

Managing time well, this job isn't easy, esspecially our messy timetable. Students and parents are always the priority, we think of them rather than ourselves. Have to be stricter this year, hopefully we can do so.

I need to strive for effectiveness by provides and adequate reward structure to encourage performance of myself, my teachers and my students as well. NO matter how, you all are my priceless gift, i really can survive with you all.

I have to control those sources of influence as well as i can. Don't be lazy this year, i won't allow myself as well as my teachers and students.

More and more things i need to worry, i know, none can escape from problems ....

I am still have energy, i know i can do it.
