小时候， 却不是一名好的学生，幸运的是生命中出现了一些明灯，这些明灯就是我的老师们！ 真的很谢谢您们， 没有您们当时的指导，哪有今日的基营！妈妈虽然没有什么受过教育，但她深深明白教育的重要性，也了解人穷可不能穷教育！这是永远让我钦佩与难忘！
从2000 年起，我开始有了“魏老师”这个称呼，那时我还是一名中学生啊，挺厉害的吧！老实说，我当时真的受不起这称呼，因为我没教好我的第一个学生，这真的是我的耻辱！对不起，我的第一个学生！
亡羊补牢，未为迟也，那一刻开始，我很内疚，因此尽了我所能去教他！皇天不负有心人，他最后也懂得回头！此刻，这名学生已是英国的某一间大学内的学生了，恭喜你！原来只要懂得回头，没有什么是不能改变的！这就是人说的不怕慢只怕站，加油，我的好学生！
当年教补习是为了生活；此刻教补习是为了梦想！key2WIN 的梦想不是我个人，而是大家的，这是我给您们的承诺！
一年又一年，我也更加肯定了我当年大胆的走出该走的阳光大道，选择了荆棘小路，受尽委屈的慢慢爬起！今天，还是一样，不算成功，但一些些小小的成就已经让我知道我不会后悔了！
我的学生们，你们要记住，只要肯努力，一定会成功的！其实，我跟你们一样，也是天天在努力，向往着阳光去奋斗！我不敢说我是最好的，可是我却要告诉你们，我会尽力地去帮你们，一起去寻找自己的天空！
我的学生们，好好的加油，面对问题时，不要担心，老师将会永远与你们同行！

Everyone was with New Year Mood in this month, everyday, they talked with loud sounds happily! It is good to see my student laughing rather than Crying! I tried not to give them pressure during this special and warm festival! Franky SPeaking, i wasn't so happy on February due to some bad incidents! I was trying not to think and i realized i wasn't so strong!
During chinese New YEar, i invited the Lion Dance to my house! HAppy of seeing my teacher, students and friends of coming to support! Such of some good time when they come to visit me too!
Some new students were joining my Centre, You all were welcomed to here! I hope that you all would like and enjoy my unique culture in Key2WIN!
A few students left too because of some personal reason, i never knew how to force my student of staying here, that's why i didn't stop or refuse their decision! Anyway, i was here to wish you all the best! AS long as you were my student for a day, you are my forever student! To others, my thought is just so ridiculous and superficial, but this is my principal and my forever principal! Since the first day i enrolled in this society, i knew that Money is not "everything" in our life, especially being a teacher!
Key2WIN is not just a tuition Centre, it is a home for everyone! My teachers are always my pride and My students are always my priority! I love you All!
So many things have happened, and i was really "down" in this month! My face was full with smile of pleasure, but it was just cover and protection coat for me! Being a teacher shouldn't bring the sadness to my students, what i can share with my students is only the happiness! As i always say, "leave the sadness and stay with happiness" ! Is ok to let myself to bear with the heavy burden, as long as others are staying with happiness! And This is my Responsible!
Although currently is no longer the new year season, i would like to use this opportunity to wish my teachers as well as my students Happy chinese New Year!

Key2WIN's Healthy Enzyme Drink!
Ingredients:
1 kg fruits (apple, grape, orange, water melon, honey dew, dragon fruit or MiX with your own favourite) chopped/diced
A lemon
1 kg Sugar
3 liters of water
Att: You are allowed to put more fruit, less water, and less sugar
First at all, you have to prepared all the ingredients with your bare and clean hands!
Secondly, mix all the ingredients together in a clean Tupper Ware with cover. Remember to keep in the bright and warm place. Then, you have to stir it 3 times a day with any direction!
The mix will ferment into a nice wine-like, do ferment with-in 10 days. In a hotter climate like Malaysia's weather, the fermentation is faster, and you only need to ferment it for 5 to 7 days! Don't let it over fermented and don't close the cover tightly!
Before you harvest, taste the drink constantly and when it tastes ready, transfer it to another glass bottle. Now, it can be considered as Enzyme Drink! Remember to keep the enzyme inside refridgrator and finish it within a month! If you keep the enzyme for too long, it will turn to WiNE-like or vinegar, then it no longer so suitable for healthy purpose!
My friends and my readers, do try this.... I am sure you will like it! According to my opinion and my experience, Dragon Fruit Enzyme is the best among others!
HOwever, if you are alcoholic, may be grape will be much more suitable for you!

MY teaching philosophy!
Sometime, my friends ask me a question, "Why you wanna to be a teacher?" What do you think about my answer? May be i have been longed for it since young....
To me, teaching is an ancient but the most respectful, noble and prophetic profession in the world. Teaching is always not so easy, it demands a lot of qualities from a teacher and these qualities can be achieved and acquired by a constant progress in this field.
Sometime, i feel that i am not a qualify teacher because i always can't perform the best! However, according to my own philosophy, successful teaching is not just a question of knowing methodology. This is because a teacher may have some super techniques but still fails because his attitude toward the students is not desirable. Thus the golden techniques of teaching fail when the teacher uses authoritative tone for the innocent learners. That's why it is hard to be a good teacher!
Normally, Weak students are usually afraid of their teachers, so a teacher should not be a demon for them. First of all the teacher must remove their fears. When they feel a bit free with him then they will learn more. Encouragement from their teacher will make them cross many thresholds.
Other than that, a good teacher must make his teaching interesting. It is possible only when he prepares his lesson well and he is genuinely interested in his teaching work and derives pleasure from it. That's why, sometime i try my best to entertain my students and make my teaching interesting!
I always try to motivate my students, because motivation is driving force that makes the students work hard. Encouragement and sense of progress are motivating forces. Encouragement and confidence paves the way for learning process, so I arouse confidence in my lovely students.
I hate some of the teachers, they only focus on their beloved students and not fair for everyone! When teacher is standing in the class-room before the students, he should not focus his attention on a particular area of the class or on some students. During his teaching, he must switch his gaze evenly from one side to another. In fact, he should be like a well-regulated light house. I always ashame with that, because i have the idea but i didn't implement it well! So sorry to my students

First Week of Teaching in 2010
In a new year, a new beginning to me, a new hope for Key2win and Kee Win! Thanks for my students for continuing support me, welcome all the new students who just signed in! and WELCOME for my New Teacher, Mr Yeoh Boon Hoe!
This week, i do not have any sleepless night, may be i was so busy and so tired! However,it was worth for it!
Nothing much has changed, just i started to collect the registration fee! RM 10 for every new comer!
Secondly, i am planning of doing a tour to Genting Highland! Thirdly, Transportation Service is the main problem i am thinking in my heart! Should i provide this type of service or not, it makes me so headache!
Friends keep giving me their professional advices and comments, some are not so suitable for my current situation because i have no enough resources! This is what the outsider doesn't understand with that!
I do not need the understanding from everyone, As long as there is one person who willing to give me the ear, i can feel satisfy with that.....
Hopefully, more and more good news can reach key2win in everyday, every hour. every minute, every second and every moment!
WIsh everyone having a great Life..... leave the Sadness and stay with happiness......

Good Bye to 2009
Finally, i have passed the last two critical months! Anyway, i didn't do well enough! I haven't fully utilized my year end holiday to do something meaningful for myself as well as key2win! I feel so ashamed with that!
It is very hard for me to judge myself, because i have no Mirror in front of me.... If i was requestes to give a mark for myself, may be i would give myself 39%, i failed....
