MY teaching philosophy!

Sometime, my friends ask me a question, "Why you wanna to be a teacher?" What do you think about my answer? May be i have been longed for it since young....

To me, teaching is an ancient but the most respectful, noble and prophetic profession in the world. Teaching is always not so easy, it demands a lot of qualities from a teacher and these qualities can be achieved and acquired by a constant progress in this field.

Sometime, i feel that i am not a qualify teacher because i always can't perform the best! However, according to my own philosophy, successful teaching is not just a question of knowing methodology. This is because a teacher may have some super techniques but still fails because his attitude toward the students is not desirable. Thus the golden techniques of teaching fail when the teacher uses authoritative tone for the innocent learners. That's why it is hard to be a good teacher!

Normally, Weak students are usually afraid of their teachers, so a teacher should not be a demon for them. First of all the teacher must remove their fears. When they feel a bit free with him then they will learn more. Encouragement from their teacher will make them cross many thresholds.

Other than that, a good teacher must make his teaching interesting. It is possible only when he prepares his lesson well and he is genuinely interested in his teaching work and derives pleasure from it. That's why, sometime i try my best to entertain my students and make my teaching interesting!

I always try to motivate my students, because motivation is driving force that makes the students work hard. Encouragement and sense of progress are motivating forces. Encouragement and confidence paves the way for learning process, so I arouse confidence in my lovely students.

I hate some of the teachers, they only focus on their beloved students and not fair for everyone! When teacher is standing in the class-room before the students, he should not focus his attention on a particular area of the class or on some students. During his teaching, he must switch his gaze evenly from one side to another. In fact, he should be like a well-regulated light house. I always ashame with that, because i have the idea but i didn't implement it well! So sorry to my students

This is me, i am not good enough ut i will try my best to chance! Do give me a chance!

First Week of Teaching in 2010

In a new year, a new beginning to me, a new hope for Key2win and Kee Win! Thanks for my students for continuing support me, welcome all the new students who just signed in! and WELCOME for my New Teacher, Mr Yeoh Boon Hoe!

This week, i do not have any sleepless night, may be i was so busy and so tired! However,it was worth for it!

Nothing much has changed, just i started to collect the registration fee! RM 10 for every new comer!
Secondly, i am planning of doing a tour to Genting Highland! Thirdly, Transportation Service is the main problem i am thinking in my heart! Should i provide this type of service or not, it makes me so headache!

Friends keep giving me their professional advices and comments, some are not so suitable for my current situation because i have no enough resources! This is what the outsider doesn't understand with that!

I do not need the understanding from everyone, As long as there is one person who willing to give me the ear, i can feel satisfy with that.....

Hopefully, more and more good news can reach key2win in everyday, every hour. every minute, every second and every moment!

Good Bye to 2009

Finally, i have passed the last two critical months! Anyway, i didn't do well enough! I haven't fully utilized my year end holiday to do something meaningful for myself as well as key2win! I feel so ashamed with that!

It is very hard for me to judge myself, because i have no Mirror in front of me.... If i was requestes to give a mark for myself, may be i would give myself 39%, i failed....

I do promise myself, i will do better in this new year~2010....

December 2009

The Fate on December is always not so favorable to me! How many Decembers i have passed From 2004 till today? Sometime, i even do not dare to think nor compare! Something i remember in my heart every moment, i will never give up!

Recently, i can't sleep well, may be i have the unseen pressure! i have told myself i would face all the problems with ordinary mind! Sometime, i do suspect about that? Can i do it? Key2WIN is so important to me, so can i really treat it as nothing happened? Am i so tough as i think? I don't know!

This path is not an easy way to go, i am so worrying i cannot perform well! I won't regret, i won't give up! I understand this theory well, "

My students, i am so thankful on your support! Have to stop here.....

November 2009

This months wasn't a good Time For Key2WIN, but it might be a good period for Gooi to rest!
Nothing much has been done by Gooi in this month. As usual, Gooi hopes to have more and more students! He is not greedy because he understands that when there are more students, may help to motivate the progression of a class!

To GOoi, every student to him is priceless and they are Gooi's rare birds! SOmetime, he may scold them or he may angry, but their importance in his heart is in still and no change may occur!

Gooi felt sorry to his Teachers because he couldn't help them to hit up their target in this month! Anyway, Gooi always believe one thing," If you wish to succeed , you should use persistence as your good friend , experience as your reference , prudence as your brother and hope as your sentry"....

Although Gooi met some obstacles this month, But GOoi is no longer worrying about those problems!

As i mentioned that This month was a period for GOoi TO rest, so Gooi Went for one day tour with his teacher and FRiend! They went to Cameron Highland on 29-11-09, they had a pleasure period there....

Gooi believes that he can lead Key2win to a better status on December!

Dear Former Students on 2009

Should i say congratulation? Should i be sad? I don't know...

Hmmm, SPM students are leaving Key2WIN one by one, i really feel reluctant to let you all go! REmember, you all are so priceless and precious to me! I don’t know why, my tears were dropping these few day! Yon, May, Qi, Ping, Hoe, Fern, mei, Min, Vern, Loon and etc…. i REally feel happy to have you all as my students, although i believe our faith hasn’t ended, Just our Relationship is changing into another step!

Honestly, I do not want to say Good Bye, but i have to say it out! I Do not wanna to let you all go, but this is fate which we have to accept! I hope that you all won’t Forget your Teacher Gooi and they days in Key2WIN…. I really miss you all! Time Is flying, no one can stops it, neither me nor you can do so! There is no Forever or eternity in this world, but I do hope we have chance to meet each other again….

In future, If you all were facing any problem, no matter in working, studying or relationship, Teacher GOoi and Key2WIN ARE forever here to give you Hands…. I always believe my students may not the best in Studying, but they are the best in their attitude, behavior and habit! I really hope that you all can success in one DAY….

Before i stop Writing, if i have done anything wrong or i have overstepped in any sense, do forgive me, my dear Studentssss… You all are always in my heart! I may forget your name, details or anything, but the sweet memories were already stored in my heart Deeply…. I love you all, my dearest Studentsssss

The Key2WIN's Symbol,

although, by using the correct Grammar, i have to say The Symbol of Key2WIN, but in my mind, Key2win is a life to me too! SO i have chosen this title, "The Key2WIN's Symbol"! I have been receiving plenty of Symbol before, but those weren't in Soft COpy, so after scanned into COmputer, they didn't look nice! So SOrry to Those Creative Artist!

Anyway, i received one from a student in year 2009! A very special Girl Student to me, Yeoh Shu Yon, a very special girl student to me! She is intelligent, pretty, nice and helpful! She asked her sister to create me one symbol! I am here to send out my thankfulness to you, Shu Yon and your Sister!
