Time to say Good Bye again

My dear students, nothing is forever as everyone knows it. If i had the power of stopping the time to move, i wouldn't let this day to arrive. I have been teaching you all for few years and my wish is to remain the same forever, but is just impossible.

From the first day you all entered here, everything became instant acquaintance to me at the sudden and most acquaintances has bloomed into my heart and we have been turned into a link-ship. Now, your foot prints are stored tightly in my inner heart core, something cannot be forgotten.

Adrian, Guo Wei, Jia You, Nicholas, Vincent, Chee keng, Zaini, Mun Foong, Lisa, Janice, Yon, Yi Shuang and Zhi Qing, I will miss you all....

My dearest students, i need to i need to verify that i am not the best teacher actually. Nevertheless, my sincerity to you is never needed to suspected, 100% sincere to every of you.

Along the days we were together, there were full of happiness as well as sadness, but i strongly believe that happiness is much more than the sadness. Honestly, i enjoyed every second when we were in Key2win.

Honestly, you all are very clever, i never need to worry about your future. It may not be the best, but i am sure yours' are always better than average. Remember, Penang Bridge wasn't built up in a day, just like success need a long run with strong determination.

In future, you all may face problem or any obstacle, do remember key2win is always a home for you all to demand and a place for you to express your sadness or anger. DO remember, Mr Gooi is still always your Mr Gooi, no matter how big you are and how old i am.....

As a teacher I feel I have a moral obligation to help the children in my classroom grow toward becoming full human beings and to feel successful. My dearest students, you all still have a very long way to go, please have the attitude of ready and willing to learn and to accept new thing and new information. Don't ever forget that Learning is a treasure that will follow its owner everywhere. So ready your ears, stand by your eyes, activate your brain and body, then step into a new environment, the very bright future is there waiting for you all.

Think of a dream now, colorful life is only deserved for people who have dream. Furthermore, wonderful future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams. So, Trust in dreams,
for in them is hidden the gate to eternity.

Too long i am writing, i guess.... Franky speaking, i still have lots of things would like to share with you all..... By the way, not here.....Haha

Write me a letter, comment me in face book, Sms me or visit me when there is a chance, every of these actions to me is more than enough power to cheer me up, because i really love you all.

how to be 100% perfect?

No One is perfect in this world, i admit with this theory but i always do something against it. i keep on trying and hoping for the miracle in front of me.

To me, relationship is no longer something i will care, because i have accepted my destiny. Do allow me to have some illusion when i feel lonely.... Anyway, this is life, and not 1+1=2.... Thanks for giving me my brain, so that i can think, i can imagine and i can day-dreaming!

That day, one of the girl student told me about her problem, she told me that she envy on my family! Got a shock and the moment, really, i feel happy of having a warm family too! My mom loves me the most i think, she never force me on anything i dislike.... Mom, i really love you..... Recently, she just had her Operation last month, and she hasn't fully recovered. She is sad at the moment, but i believe god will not close up all the doors, there is window still open. I believe, my tomorrow is better..... ALl the best to myself and my mom....

I have a big trouble in year end each year......

Students may stop for holidaying or working..... I accept those student holidaying but not working. From my experience, working doesn't help much and sometime it even will cause something bad on my students' spirit. Teacher is worrying you all......

New students may join in, and it is a very challenging time because involving into students world isn't so easy. At to have a better learning session for my student, understanding their mind is the initial thing which i really need to do. So that, every teaching session just can be 100% efficiency....

久违的部落格

转眼间，又年尾了，一年一年地数着，好想停留在那一年。

很多人对于补习有好多不一样的看法，没有所谓的对与错，其实我有我不知足的时刻！拿自己与他人比较，其实这都是我不应该拥有的!

对于补习，我有自己的一套，补习是为了补助上课所缺学的， 但在key2win里，我抱着的思想却不是这些而已！
除了成绩，品格也是我在乎的。考试的成绩或许只是代表了这学生在某个科目上努力换来的成果，但我要的学生绝对不是“金玉其外，败絮其中”！或许他们不最强的，但他们的思维，思想或品格肯定是一等一。

学生们，再一次谢谢您们对我的支持，或许我有时做不到我的100%，但我真的会去努力去学习,请别剥夺掉我的机会。

告别了藤条的日子已一年了，尽量苦口婆心地去劝去教，我相信我的努力我的心意他们会了解会体会。

每一次祷告，都想要有更多的学生，但我不会因为数量而去忽略他们。记得，我要求多学生是因为能使我更有能力去帮助更多的人，让key2WIN里的每一个人得到越大的优惠！我的学生们，请别误解我！

假期要到了，又是一个担心的时刻，但山穷水尽疑无路，柳暗花明又一村。我相信我还是能度过的，因为我有的梦想，它还是我不毁的推动力！

虽然山也迢迢,水也迢迢,山水迢迢路遥遥，我还是会一步一步走到天荒地老！

The Month of June in Year 2010!

Just Printed out the List of June, i have just discovered that the performance of this month wasn't so well as May! Franky Speaking, i am unhappy with this! In my mind, i keep telling myself, the number of students doesn't show anything about the performance of key2win, i shouldn't use this to judge myself and my key2win!

I don't mind about how many things will come to strike Key2win, as long as my determination is strong enough, no one can ask me to give up! Problems may arise a stronger person, a hero has to go through the hardship, then he is just deserved with the name of Hero! So, i won't complain, and do accept my thankfulness!

Recently, too many stuffs have happened, no matter you all did it purposely or without any intention, you have hurt me thoroughly! My heart has been breaking bit by bit, because you all are priceless to me! The more i care, the more confusable i face! No matter how, I neither angry nor keep it in my heart! Everything has passed, it means history at this moment!

Don't know why, i feel that my teaching still has the big gap to improve, so i need to grab my key well and the door of success is waiting for me! So i need to be a better teacher, be more hardworking and smarter!

My students, remember to appreciate your time and your youth, don't waste it for nothing! Trust me, my students, as long as you try your best, you will hit the ball and goal it in one day! Remember, our future is always in our hands, don't ruin it easily!

To me, i never feel that studying is the most important thing but i need to say that Studying can bring us better life! Remember it! My lovely students, let we work-up together, for our better tomorrow !

The Month of May in Year~2010

Before May, i had my own imagination of this month! What has turned out to me? Something makes me sad, down and disappointed! I am a one who never give up, so this won't break me down! As i learned a value from one movie, Rise and rise again, until the lambs become lions! KEep on working, i will reach my sunshine in one day!

Yeah, being a teacher is not an easy task, especially a tuition teacher, it means having to become accustomed to an erratic lifestyle! My days vary according to what has been scheduled for me! Since my teaching career began in year 2004, i have admitted that the waves and problems facing along my way are even much more difficult than others! I should always tell myself not to complain, and learn to endure! Anyway, i am just a human-being, so i do moaning sometime! My mom, my friends, and my students, please get ready your ear, i really need you to be my listener all the time!

This month, some of my students are facing their relationship problems, these problems have affected their learning! I started to worry because i don't want any of my student to waste their time! Other than that, i am worrying about their problems too! Settling such problems are not as easy as ABC, it really needs lot of patient and endurance! I know i can do it, but i need time!

This month, I had to say good bye to some students, i never wish to say out this phrase! Sometime, Fate has written out the plot and we only can follow it blindly! As long as i have done my part correctly with my full effort, i won't feel guilty or sorry! As long as you were my student before, you are forever in my mind, and this is unchangeable! i hope that you are doing well in future too!

Yeah, some of my students become very caring lately! They buy me some food and drink each time they come tuition! i am touched by your concern, thanks you all!

Promise you all, my dearest students, i will try my best to give every of you the best education!
Please do the same to me too, i need your attention to learn it together with me!

This month, i have started to type out most of the notes for Malay and English classes! My working load has been getting heavier, i don't mind of doing more as long as those are beneficial to my students!

I have tried some new ways of advertising, but those are fruitless! What else can i do? I will keep trying and trying, Key2win will become the most popular tuition centre in one!

Before the end of this month, i need to make a wish here.....

Tomorrow is better than today and i am nearer to my sunshine.....

2010 年 五月份

This few weeks, everything wasn't running so well! I have been trying to attempt each crtitical situation and i really feel tired on doing it! Recently, the mood of studying isn't around in my centre, esspecially for those senior classes! I have been using different teaching way to gain their attention and those way were proven useless! What else can i do? I couldn't treat as nothing, because every class to me is priceless and precious! My students, teacher hopes you all to be better a bit!

May be i am not a saint, and not a powerful teacher too! Sometime, i do need support from my students too! Each time, when i see my student wasting his time on doing something fruitless, actually, my heart is seemed torn out bit by bit! I know entertainment is something important to everyone, just like oxygen to survive! HOwever, everything has the limit, we can play but not let the entertainment masters out life!

YOuth is only once, don't let it turns to nothing! I am not saying Studying is the most important thing in life! However, for surviving in this modern life, it is inevitable! Trust me, don't dispose your time, your days and your youth! It is only once and will not come back to you again!

When life comes with regret, it will be a deficient which is a forever scar!

learning and studying are hard and bored sometime, no matter how, we need knowledge! Studying can help us to shape ourself being better in many sense such as attitude and standard of living!

No matter, i have hope on every of you, because students from key2win are always the best! Let we hold each other, walk out step by step to the Sunshine! I love you all, my students!

The month of March in Year 2010

This month wasn't so bad to me, however i felt a bit fed up! Sometime, i try to endure and fulfill every demand from student or parent! This might make me going crazy, i am just a human kind, that's why i am not the perfect one! A lot of demands flew into Key2win, i wanted to fulfill one by one but it was out of my ability! Honestly, i felt tired! However, "Give up" is not the phrase i will voice up! Keep it on, WIN!

A friend said that i am too nice to my students, so that i have been causing them become more and more demanding! It is true or not! However, i will not go to get rid of it, as a teacher, this is my obligation to love every of my student! Anyway, my students, sometime, i do need your concern and understanding too! Please treat key2win as the first priority instead of others!

Key2win is not an organization of earning profit, actually it is a home for everyone to grow up together! I care on every of my students, what have been voiced, i really care on it! My feeling is so strong to Key2WIN and this is forever unchangeable as long as the Sun rises up daily!

Only a few students joined key2win this month, but i felt satisfy on it! As long as i am moving and not in the still, it is enough to me!

This month, I built up a new side signboard with lamp inside, it costed me around 6 hundred something! HOpefully, it can help me to attract more and more students. Other than that, i created out a Key2win group in facebook too, and the feedback was damn hot!

I am here to thanks my student~俊忠, of helping to design a t-shirt for key2win! I really love it so much!

Before i press the "PUBLISH POST" button, i am here to wish key2WIN the best, everyone over here is getting better and better!

老师的承诺！

小时候， 却不是一名好的学生，幸运的是生命中出现了一些明灯，这些明灯就是我的老师们！ 真的很谢谢您们， 没有您们当时的指导，哪有今日的基营！妈妈虽然没有什么受过教育，但她深深明白教育的重要性，也了解人穷可不能穷教育！这是永远让我钦佩与难忘！

从2000 年起，我开始有了“魏老师”这个称呼，那时我还是一名中学生啊，挺厉害的吧！老实说，我当时真的受不起这称呼，因为我没教好我的第一个学生，这真的是我的耻辱！对不起，我的第一个学生！　

亡羊补牢，未为迟也，那一刻开始，我很内疚，因此尽了我所能去教他！皇天不负有心人，他最后也懂得回头！此刻，这名学生已是英国的某一间大学内的学生了，恭喜你！原来只要懂得回头，没有什么是不能改变的！这就是人说的不怕慢只怕站，加油，我的好学生！

当年教补习是为了生活；此刻教补习是为了梦想！key2WIN 的梦想不是我个人，而是大家的，这是我给您们的承诺！

一年又一年，我也更加肯定了我当年大胆的走出该走的阳光大道，选择了荆棘小路，受尽委屈的慢慢爬起！今天，还是一样，不算成功，但一些些小小的成就已经让我知道我不会后悔了！

我的学生们，你们要记住，只要肯努力，一定会成功的！其实，我跟你们一样，也是天天在努力，向往着阳光去奋斗！我不敢说我是最好的，可是我却要告诉你们，我会尽力地去帮你们，一起去寻找自己的天空！

我的学生们，好好的加油，面对问题时，不要担心，老师将会永远与你们同行！

February 2010

Everyone was with New Year Mood in this month, everyday, they talked with loud sounds happily! It is good to see my student laughing rather than Crying! I tried not to give them pressure during this special and warm festival! Franky SPeaking, i wasn't so happy on February due to some bad incidents! I was trying not to think and i realized i wasn't so strong!

During chinese New YEar, i invited the Lion Dance to my house! HAppy of seeing my teacher, students and friends of coming to support! Such of some good time when they come to visit me too!

Some new students were joining my Centre, You all were welcomed to here! I hope that you all would like and enjoy my unique culture in Key2WIN!

A few students left too because of some personal reason, i never knew how to force my student of staying here, that's why i didn't stop or refuse their decision! Anyway, i was here to wish you all the best! AS long as you were my student for a day, you are my forever student! To others, my thought is just so ridiculous and superficial, but this is my principal and my forever principal! Since the first day i enrolled in this society, i knew that Money is not "everything" in our life, especially being a teacher!

Key2WIN is not just a tuition Centre, it is a home for everyone! My teachers are always my pride and My students are always my priority! I love you All!

So many things have happened, and i was really "down" in this month! My face was full with smile of pleasure, but it was just cover and protection coat for me! Being a teacher shouldn't bring the sadness to my students, what i can share with my students is only the happiness! As i always say, "leave the sadness and stay with happiness" ! Is ok to let myself to bear with the heavy burden, as long as others are staying with happiness! And This is my Responsible!

Although currently is no longer the new year season, i would like to use this opportunity to wish my teachers as well as my students Happy chinese New Year!

Key2WIN's Healthy Enzyme Drink!

Ingredients:

1 kg fruits (apple, grape, orange, water melon, honey dew, dragon fruit or MiX with your own favourite) chopped/diced


A lemon

1 kg Sugar

3 liters of water

Att: You are allowed to put more fruit, less water, and less sugar

First at all, you have to prepared all the ingredients with your bare and clean hands!

Secondly, mix all the ingredients together in a clean Tupper Ware with cover. Remember to keep in the bright and warm place. Then, you have to stir it 3 times a day with any direction!

The mix will ferment into a nice wine-like, do ferment with-in 10 days. In a hotter climate like Malaysia's weather, the fermentation is faster, and you only need to ferment it for 5 to 7 days! Don't let it over fermented and don't close the cover tightly!

Before you harvest, taste the drink constantly and when it tastes ready, transfer it to another glass bottle. Now, it can be considered as Enzyme Drink! Remember to keep the enzyme inside refridgrator and finish it within a month! If you keep the enzyme for too long, it will turn to WiNE-like or vinegar, then it no longer so suitable for healthy purpose!

My friends and my readers, do try this.... I am sure you will like it! According to my opinion and my experience, Dragon Fruit Enzyme is the best among others!

HOwever, if you are alcoholic, may be grape will be much more suitable for you!

MY teaching philosophy!

Sometime, my friends ask me a question, "Why you wanna to be a teacher?" What do you think about my answer? May be i have been longed for it since young....

To me, teaching is an ancient but the most respectful, noble and prophetic profession in the world. Teaching is always not so easy, it demands a lot of qualities from a teacher and these qualities can be achieved and acquired by a constant progress in this field.

Sometime, i feel that i am not a qualify teacher because i always can't perform the best! However, according to my own philosophy, successful teaching is not just a question of knowing methodology. This is because a teacher may have some super techniques but still fails because his attitude toward the students is not desirable. Thus the golden techniques of teaching fail when the teacher uses authoritative tone for the innocent learners. That's why it is hard to be a good teacher!

Normally, Weak students are usually afraid of their teachers, so a teacher should not be a demon for them. First of all the teacher must remove their fears. When they feel a bit free with him then they will learn more. Encouragement from their teacher will make them cross many thresholds.

Other than that, a good teacher must make his teaching interesting. It is possible only when he prepares his lesson well and he is genuinely interested in his teaching work and derives pleasure from it. That's why, sometime i try my best to entertain my students and make my teaching interesting!

I always try to motivate my students, because motivation is driving force that makes the students work hard. Encouragement and sense of progress are motivating forces. Encouragement and confidence paves the way for learning process, so I arouse confidence in my lovely students.

I hate some of the teachers, they only focus on their beloved students and not fair for everyone! When teacher is standing in the class-room before the students, he should not focus his attention on a particular area of the class or on some students. During his teaching, he must switch his gaze evenly from one side to another. In fact, he should be like a well-regulated light house. I always ashame with that, because i have the idea but i didn't implement it well! So sorry to my students

This is me, i am not good enough ut i will try my best to chance! Do give me a chance!

First Week of Teaching in 2010

In a new year, a new beginning to me, a new hope for Key2win and Kee Win! Thanks for my students for continuing support me, welcome all the new students who just signed in! and WELCOME for my New Teacher, Mr Yeoh Boon Hoe!

This week, i do not have any sleepless night, may be i was so busy and so tired! However,it was worth for it!

Nothing much has changed, just i started to collect the registration fee! RM 10 for every new comer!
Secondly, i am planning of doing a tour to Genting Highland! Thirdly, Transportation Service is the main problem i am thinking in my heart! Should i provide this type of service or not, it makes me so headache!

Friends keep giving me their professional advices and comments, some are not so suitable for my current situation because i have no enough resources! This is what the outsider doesn't understand with that!

I do not need the understanding from everyone, As long as there is one person who willing to give me the ear, i can feel satisfy with that.....

Hopefully, more and more good news can reach key2win in everyday, every hour. every minute, every second and every moment!

Good Bye to 2009

Finally, i have passed the last two critical months! Anyway, i didn't do well enough! I haven't fully utilized my year end holiday to do something meaningful for myself as well as key2win! I feel so ashamed with that!

It is very hard for me to judge myself, because i have no Mirror in front of me.... If i was requestes to give a mark for myself, may be i would give myself 39%, i failed....

I do promise myself, i will do better in this new year~2010....
