Ingredients:
1 kg fruits (apple, grape, orange, water melon, honey dew, dragon fruit or MiX with your own favourite) chopped/diced
A lemon
1 kg Sugar
3 liters of water
Att: You are allowed to put more fruit, less water, and less sugar
First at all, you have to prepared all the ingredients with your bare and clean hands!
Secondly, mix all the ingredients together in a clean Tupper Ware with cover. Remember to keep in the bright and warm place. Then, you have to stir it 3 times a day with any direction!
The mix will ferment into a nice wine-like, do ferment with-in 10 days. In a hotter climate like Malaysia's weather, the fermentation is faster, and you only need to ferment it for 5 to 7 days! Don't let it over fermented and don't close the cover tightly!
Before you harvest, taste the drink constantly and when it tastes ready, transfer it to another glass bottle. Now, it can be considered as Enzyme Drink! Remember to keep the enzyme inside refridgrator and finish it within a month! If you keep the enzyme for too long, it will turn to WiNE-like or vinegar, then it no longer so suitable for healthy purpose!
My friends and my readers, do try this.... I am sure you will like it! According to my opinion and my experience, Dragon Fruit Enzyme is the best among others!
HOwever, if you are alcoholic, may be grape will be much more suitable for you!
