怎么办?

刚刚拿出了时间表,发现了考试的日期就在我生日的前几天。糟糕了,应该压力会很大吧!

一直来,我都不够独立,不想一个人去面对这一切。真的希望有人能陪我一起去读书,我的学生们,你们听到了吗?

我想应该没有人懂,因为这是一个没人点击的部落格。Key2WIN的心声只有我一个人懂吧! 学生们应该还不知道这儿的存在,希望有一天这儿会有爆满的一天。

读书一点都不简单,若是没有一刻好的老师在身旁,一切就会更糟糕了。 记得记得,key2WIN 欢迎每一个学生哦...

今天,会不会有一些好的消息呢?


有点担心,但也很期待... 因为我相信我值得拥有...

Be healthy, My students

Health is everything and it is priceless. If you own it, you can have everything. Once you are unhealthy, you lost almost everything. We will become old in one day, nit happens to all us all, however hard we may try to delay this process. No one can escape from this unchangeable fact, and we grow old. Cosmetic surgery may remove the wrinkles, skin which has sagged may be tightened by means of a facelift, and hairdressers may dye grey hair a more youthful colour, but we cannot remain young forever. SOmetime these all are under our control as we must learn how to take care of ourselves.

Learn to take care of ourselves from this moment....

First step of being healthy, eating is the main thing we need to concern. AS everyone always says, we are what we eat. Eat between 3 and 5 meals a day. Stick to portions and you will be hungry when your body is ready for the next meal. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner are meals you cannot go without, otherwise your body does not receive the nutrition it's supposed to get. Eat a balanced diet. By doing so, you'll have a healthy heart, healthy brain, and a fully functional immune system. Also, it's good to have variety.

Secondly, Exercise is important. You can't live without it. Make sure you spend around 30 minutes to an hour doing nothing but some running, weight lifting, push ups, and maybe some sort of aerobic exercise is good.

Other than exercising, Remember to Sleep about 7-8 hours every night. Dont sleep too much or too little. Don't overdo Carbs! Makes sure you eat a limited amount of carbohydrates each day. Don't go without them, just don't eat a lot of them.

Remember to Cut back on smoking and alcohol. Smoking can cause bronchitis and respiratory disease, and alcohol can cause laziness, fatigue, and maybe even an abnormal blood pressure.

Furthermore, Monday is recovering day! If you are having a hard time starting a healthy habit or giving up an unhealthy one, try using Monday as the day to recommit to your new routine. Healthy Monday is a national public health campaign in association with Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health that makes Monday the day for all things healthy. It can be the day to recommit to eating healthier, start exercising, or quit smoking.

Before i stop writing, remember to keep clean! Good hygiene is key! Wash your hands after you've gone to do your business. Good oral hygiene is also very valuable. Brush your teeth around 2-3 times a day.

Anyway, i hope all of you will have a very great and well body and healthy body~~

一切真的會成回忆嗎?

时光飞逝,还来不及好好地握住,一切都變得太迟了。人總是要在失去后才来明白,可是遗憾未免无补于事了。爱情,亲情,友情或感情,往往都会留着许许多多的遗憾。 翻开陈旧的key2win当年的记事簿,看到了一些熟悉的名字,蔡紫莹,杨舒容,朱汉翔,谭富豪,富权等等... 有很大的感慨,現在只能叹气说,时光不會因任何人而暫停。

如果有那么一天,一切还是可以会头,是多么的美好~~ 我的学生们,老师想你们了.... 你們的日子過得如何呢?會不會很累?還有你們依然會不會記得我們一起成長點滴呢?


十月到了,我好害怕再見會說得太快,我真的不想與你們分開,好像維持現在的關係到永遠。 無論我多期待,都只有不可能而已。你們總是應該要長大,必須要離開,更應該向往更美好的方向飛去。是我自私,是我放不下你們,不能去習慣沒有了你吵鬧的声音。 原來,這些年來你們已經藏在了我的內心,真的,我好害怕很快會到了教你們的最後一堂課。

原來除了愛情,親情,友情,我還會有你們這一群學生的另一種情~”師生情“。 這一種感情,也足夠於讓我淚痕滿臉了 ......

我的好學生們,記得記得,魏佬永遠是你們的Ah Gooi 老師...... 千言萬語只有那一句,“我真的不能失去你們”。

what will be my next step?



Be reality, what should i do in my next step? I want more and more students, anyone can help me about that? A very greedy teacher here, so sorry...

Yesterday, someone told me one thing seriously, my emotion has affected since these few months. She asked me to be aware of myself, as it is one of the serious cases. I was shocked with it, and just realized i have lost in the maze of life. I know this is life, a very suffering pathway, the tougher it is, the stronger i will be. Am i comforting myself, whether it is true or not, i am confused by myself.



Today, so busy, very early in the morning, i had to go out with mom to hospital for physiotherapy, then brought boon ho out for follow-up on his wound. So busy, i was just like a psychopathic guy, doing this and that. No matter how, i have to endure. I believe everything will be fine soon.

Going to start my class soon...... Today will be better......

October 2011......

Fire disaster was happened on 30th of september, it was so scary. Tears dropped down, when seeing the fire swallowing those house. I prayed to the God, please stop everything that moment. I was going crazy, and i couldn't do anything at all.

I was worrying about my house and key2win, i didn't want to lose everything just in 30 minutes. I tried to use pipe to extinguish but it seemed useless. Luckily, everything stopped after 2 hours. My student's house was fine, thanks god for everything. I need to be satisfied by everything i own now. Nothing is perfect, as myself.....

My students are having PMR examination, hopefully, they can do well with that. Actually, i am so sorry as i didn't spend so much time of doing revision with them. Sorry, my dearest students, i am so busy...... No matter how, feel free to call me, if there is a problem. Remember, you all are my priority.

This month, i don't have much intake, hope that everything will turn to a new leaf, New students are coming in soon.....

So many things have happened this year..... I am not strong enough, that's why god wants me to go through those challenges as well as obstacles.


Boon ho just discharged from hospital yesterday, luckily he is fine now. This is really a good news to me and him.

Long time of not writing any blog, feel like my brain retarded and my fingers are so stiff till hardly type out my feeling....

No matter how, i will try my best to write out my inner heart again......
